I know what you’re thinking, well maybe not, but you MIGHT be thinking to yourself right now that we are a little obsessive about this place. A third review? Really? It’s not really a full review. It’s just a quick revisit OR you might say that we’ve decided to have Seconds. OR maybe it’s a Second Review in much the same way Hobbits enjoy Second Breakfast! I digress…
My intention in bringing up Federal Hill again is because they continue to knock it out of the park, and Scott and I have added this place to our semi-regular lunch rotation. Our selections vary somewhat, but I have discovered the below pictured combination that I have settled on as a winner for me when it comes to a Federal Hill lunch:
The combo I get (Two Meats with Two Sides) includes Brisket (Fatty or Lean – both are delicious), Ribs, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and Potato Salad. Each is great, and the Mac ‘n’ Cheese in particular is quickly becoming one of my favorite Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes ever. I don’t make a habit of eating at Federal Hill for obvious reasons, but they continue to deliver great flavors at a great price. Check them out sometime! You won’t be disappointed.
